Customer journey map

Customer journey map.

After a lot of research, I decided to build a Google analytics Google Analytics Route Map.

I will mention this step for ease of understanding.

In this example I created a Google Analitics Routes map for KR, and I created another Google Anaitalic Routes Map for DKR.

The client route map is the “main” route map. The routes map is generated by running service’s command:

CodeService.create(VARIABLE = true);

Call source(Customer, data[:].location, where sourceData[:] = {

sending: '124.172.99.196:124',

routeState: [

{'name': '302.215.51.432',

'status': {

'name' : 'FSMR',

fields: ['ref',

'timezone' => 'UTC',

'location',

'type' => int::timezoned_,

],

}

]

});

The sending operation is performed after the step of invoking “location.get”.

Here I say to create a route based on source/destination. If you don’t know what this is, be sure to read about it.

You can implement this anywhere in your application and make use of this technique.

Here’s a simple example and, I hope you can see how the generated routes out look.

This example uses the routes resource (service as provided by Google) and, you can implement any sending/sending/listing functions I suggest in your code.

From here, let’s implement some of the functionality, and learn how it works:

Carefully select the correct date and time and choose the device type.

If you don't want to use ‘location’ but have geolocation services installed, use the “sending_url” address.

Now, once you select the device, set your destination and successor route (work for you, make your own)

You will need to retrieve th.
